"Trust in the LORD with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight."

Last shift at the labor ward...
The past night was my last shift at the labor ward. It was the busiest shift I've been on in a long time, but it was great. I got to assist in the deliveries of two baby girls!! Yea, I was extatic! Nothing beats the miracle of child birth ;) So I leave my job as an assistant at the labor ward with a smile on my face. It's been a privilege to work there!
Growing up in Ethioipia (in East Africa) as an MK is probably what has had the biggest inpact on my life and the person I am. There are countless things I experienced and learned that have made me so rich... I've had the privelege of growing up in a different culture. To tell you the truth I don't know where I belong... It's like I have a mix of two cultures in me.
We moved to Iceland in 1998 and now I'm a med student at the University of Iceland. Where I'll be in the future I'm not sure. I'll follow God wherever He takes me.
